WhosgoinDE

Terms of Use

As of October 2026. These rules apply to everyone using Whosgoin, in the app and on whosgoin.com. By creating an account you agree to them. This is a translation; the German Nutzungsbedingungen page is the binding version.

1. Who offers Whosgoin

2. Who can join

3. What's not allowed

Whosgoin is for meeting up with friends. There is zero tolerance for the following, in plans, chats, profiles and photos:

4. Reporting and blocking

You can report any person and any chat message in the app and block people, so you no longer see anything of each other. We look at every report within 24 hours. If something breaks these rules, we remove it and suspend or delete the account, without warning if needed. We may inform the authorities about crimes.

5. Your content

What you write and upload in Whosgoin stays yours, and you are responsible for it. You allow us to store it and show it to the people you choose, as far as the app needs that. What happens to your data is explained in the privacy policy.

6. Meeting in real life

Whosgoin helps you make plans but doesn't organize the meetups itself. Whether you go and what happens there is up to you and the others. When you meet people you don't know, for example at public plans, pick busy places and let someone know.

7. Cost and availability

Whosgoin is free. We do our best to keep the app running but can't promise it always will. We may change, add or remove features.

8. Liability

We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence and for harm to life, body or health. Because Whosgoin is free, we are not liable beyond that for slight negligence. Other users are responsible for their own content.

9. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in the app: You → Settings → Delete account. We may suspend or delete accounts that break these rules.

10. Changes and law

If these terms change, we'll tell you in the app. German law applies. If the law of your country of residence protects you more, that protection still applies.
